Welcome to the Healthy Ageing Conference!
This year’s theme, “Progressing the Healthy Ageing Agenda: Translating and Implementing Healthy Ageing Programmes and Initiatives in our Communities,” sets the stage for an inspiring and action-oriented gathering. Our conference serves as a dynamic platform for dialogue, experience sharing, and networking among stakeholders dedicated to advancing healthy ageing in the Western Pacific region and beyond.
We invite presentations of research work, implemented projects, programmes, and ideas that have contributed to healthy ageing in the region. The subthemes are based on the four Action Areas of the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing: changing how we think, feel, and act towards ageing (ageism); cultivating age-friendly environments; creating integrated and responsive health care systems and services; and ensuring access to long-term care for older people who need it.
Join us in Hong Kong for this unique opportunity to discuss, collaborate, and bridge the gaps with practical solutions that address healthy ageing issues in our communities and beyond. We look forward to your participation in this exciting event.

Pre-registration is required. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Conference Secretariat at healthy.ageing@polyu.edu.hk.

Remarks:
- The registration fee DO NOT include accommodation.
- # To be eligible for student rate, delegate must be a full-time student and a copy of student ID card must be submitted during registration as proof.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of cancellation of registration will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

*Remarks: Any bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat on or before 6 April 2025 and the refund will be made after the Conference. The registration fee is non-refundable for any no-show.
