Terms and Conditions
- Registration and Payment
(a) Only online registration with credit card payment will be accepted.
(b) For individual registration, a confirmation email containing the eTicket and receipt will be sent to the registrant upon successful completion of the registration process.
(c) For group registration, the Liaison Person will receive the receipts and eTickets for all group members. The Liaison Person is requested to distribute these documents to the respective group members.
(d) Please refer to the User Manual for a step-by-step guide on using the Registration Platform.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
(a) Refunds for registration cancellation are subject to the following deadline and administrative charges:

- On or before 31 August 2025, 23:59 HKT: 50% of the registration fee, minus an administrative and bank charge of HK$10 for each transaction.
- After 31 August 2025: No refund will be issued.

(b) All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Refunds will be processed and issued within 8 weeks after the Meeting.
- Programme Changes
The programme is subject to change without prior notice.
- Meeting Cancellation Policy
(a) In the event of a cancellation due to uncontrollable natural disasters (e.g., typhoon, flooding, earthquake), registration fee will not be refunded.
(b) The Meeting Secretariat will notify registrants of any update via email.
- Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding.
